Historic Santa Margarita Ranch

The Santa Margarita Ranch is located just a few minutes north of San Luis Obispo, immediately off Hwy 101. When traveling north or south bound: exit Hwy 101 at Exit 211, Santa Margarita/Hwy 58. Continue east towards town, and turn LEFT on Yerba Buena Ave. This road runs directly onto the Ranch. Once you’ve passed the second cattle guard, you’ll see the Ranch house and garden to your left. Continue on, adhering to parking signage and staff. You will park in the olive grove.

***PLEASE! To access the ranch you must pass through a private residential neighborhood. We ask you respect our neighbors and drive slowly, both when you arrive and as you’re departing later in the evening.
